COVID 19 Waiver

Registration is open to boys and girls from ages 4-13, the teams are coed.
Birth certificates are required.

Fall Registration costs:
1st Player - $65
2nd Player- $55
Additional Players - $45

Registration can be completed online (preferred method)

***** Safety: Players are required to have shin pads on at all time, games or practices. *****

Players will be provided a quality soccer jersey and socks. Players should have black shorts for game play.

Registration also includes (6) raffle tickets per child. The tickets are $5 each. The sale of the tickets is kept by the parents to offset the cost of registration. The ticket stubs should be turned in your coach on or before opening day. The tickets will be drawn on opening day.
